Welcome to the new TIB Online app. We are excited to introduce an easy, secure, and convenient mobile banking app that offers over 25 services. With just a few simple steps, you can log in using your mobile number and password or register with your bank account number to gain access to a new and improved banking experience.
The user-friendly and intuitive user interface of the TIB Online app provides a consolidated view of your banking relationship. You can easily check balances, generate bank statements, send and receive international and local remittances, reload prepaid cards, purchase vouchers, and much more.
Here are some other notable features of the TIB Online app:
- Sign-in: Easily sign in with secure access using your phone number and password or biometric data.
- Customer Service: Enjoy the convenience of video calling customer service officers, booking appointments at branches, locating branches, finding ATM availability hours, providing feedback and making complaints.
- Account Services: Open accounts remotely, request electronic payment cards (debit cards/prepaid cards), request cheque books, and receive push notifications for transactions, personal updates, and ads.
- Quick and Secure Services: Experience biometric verification for transaction confirmation instead of relying on OTP codes. Utilize the address book feature for faster transactions and conveniently top-up cards and purchase vouchers.
- Banking Services: Enjoy electronic transfers between accounts of the same customer or other bank customers. Access statements of accounts and balances, manage electronic cards, and perform various banking tasks.
- Remittances: Conveniently send and receive both local and international remittances. Utilize the Taif network for local transfers within Iraq or Western Union for international transfers. Easily receive remittances and deposit them into your bank account.
